Windows xp home. friend has internet explorer that keeps popping up and
computer moving slow. Any help?

the site above,download Ad-Aware(it's FREE)get it ,open
it up ,check for updates ,run it ,check off all the boxes
(to delete the spyware that gives you pop-ups) ,next,your
done now do that at least once a week(I run mine every
day)and you should be good.
