I have windows xp home. Is their a place I can go and find the newgroups I
have visited?

The easy answer is no. On the other hand, depending on what newsreader you
use, the information should be available in a file of some type. Whether
it's a simple text file or something like that which is easy to read is
another question.

Don't know how to find out which newsgroups you have "visited",
however...

You can use Google Groups Advanced Search, with relevant criteria,
to easily find newsgroups that you have posted to using your above
given email address.

For example, if I go to Google Groups, enter your email address in the
"Return only messages where the author is" box, and click
"Google Search" it returns links to 4 newsgroup posts.

Keep in mind that, according to the Google Help Page: "There may be a
delay of up to 12 hours between articles being posted to a news server
and those articles being searchable within Google's newsgroup search."
Also, although Google does archive microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics
it does not archive all newsgroups.
