This will work ok, however, most companys that send spam use many, many email addresses so it is virtually impossible to set up enough rules to prevent unwanted email. My advice is to get an email filter which will be able to filter emails based on their doman (domain is everything after the "@" symbol). Then you will be able to choose to automatically delete emails which have an offensive domain name. You can also set your filter to delete emails based on content, such as all emails containing the words sex, penis, etc. It is a rather time-consuming process, but once you get it all fine-tuned, you should be able to avoid most spam.

Are you using Microsoft Outlook?
If so then go to Toos> Rules Wizard>Select move message
from someone option and go through rest of the wizard. I
haven't had a chance to do for my self but we had done in
my company. You should be able to move all those emails
to Deleted Items.
