Ok I have a server running win2k with sp3 with exch2k sp3.
I have decided to update my windows to sp4. The install seems to be smooth however after the reboot my server seems to be not functioning properly.
-All my exchange service hung at startup
-when I reach the logon screen ( crtl+alt+ del to sign in window) i hear a funny single beep with my server that didnt happen before.
-takes a long time to logon.
-Everything seems to be running slow even when i try to start control panel

Is there any way I can solve this problem??

You may have got a virus which activated at reboot!

It is a new server with norton virus scan + exchange email scan together so i don't think that would be the case however I will do a virus scan just to make sure..

any more ideas?
