Help!

[I messed up.]

Help please! I kept getting a pop up that was an
invitation to a Windows Installer. I couldn't do anything
without this thing interfering, so I downloaded it. That
didn't stop it. So now, I can't get into Outlook Express,
Word, or anything else except the Internet. Is there hope
for me?
