c:\WINDOWS\downloaded program files\bridge.dll ( RUNDLL)

When you open that folder, it may not be visible even if you have
unhidden hidden files and folders. Reboot into the Recovery Console
from which bridge.dll will be visible and delete it. Then, after
booting into Windows, search for and remove all
references to bridge.dll in the registry.
