HELP! "your-searcher.com" wreaking havoc w/homepage

I can't stop "your-searcher.com" from making itself my homepage AND adding 4 items to my Favorites list. I've used the following with no success

Ad-awar
Spybo
CWShredde
Hijack Thi
AVG virus protectio
Zone Alert firewal
All Windows updates installe

The only one of the above that found it was Hijack This, but it came back again (and Hijack This picked it up again) -- it's a vicious cycle. I even tried a homepage lock tweak from Kelly's Korner, but it still changed my homepage while locked! Can anyone out there please help me??!!!

I have the same issue and it is absolutely maddening. I just want it
off my machine. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
