Help:XP wont start up

hey, i purchased my Pc from PC worldabout 4 months ago and i have had nothing but trouble with it, i am running windows XP and every now and aain i will turn it on it will go to a screen with the options (safe mode, start normally.etc) i tried every one of them but it gets to the little bar with the XP logo and then restarts itself and keeps on doing it. After i restore it its fine for a while but then it does it agai

If the computer keeps doing this and you have done a scan for virus
using your updated AV and another for malware using Ad-aware and
Spybot search and destroy (both free), you might have to use your
warranty and take it back to the shop to be replaced.
