Help with XP Pro

I have a new centrios digital camera bought from Radio Shack. Can not download pictures. Computer doesn't recognize this camera. I have seen it working on XP Home but not XP Pro. Is there a conflict?? Possible drivers or update/patch etc??
 
If it will work on XP home it will work on Pro. Does the computer recognize
the memory card as a removable drive ? Have you reinstalled the driver ?

If it connects via the USB port and you have installed the bundled
software that came with the camera then the entire process should be
automatic.

Try uninstalling the software (Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs)
and then reinstalling it.
