I keep getting this warning whenever I open, reply, FW,
send and e-mail. I have looked everywhere and can't find
out what the "program" is and how to stop this warning
from appearing. I tried the ICQ suggestion, and my
computer did not have that update. Any help on this would
be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,
Lydia

Try searching the newsgroup. I have noticed this raised a few times in the
past week.

If the suggestions from past threads don't help, what version of Outlook?

Sorry about that...it's OL2002. I guess I'm not computer
savvy enough to figure out how to fix it. It seems to be
the Norton Anti-spam. Will the only solution be to disable
the anti-spam?

No problem :). I'm sorry, but I don't have Norton Anti-Spam and haven't had
this problem. But if no one else has offered solutions to the others who
have asked this question, perhaps it's time to call either Microsoft or
Norton.

Yes, I saw this article, but I'm not computer savvy enough
to understand what I need to do or where to look in my
computer to find out what program is trying to access the
e-mail addresses, or what "add-ins" if any are the problem.
HELP!!

I contacted PalmOne Support and they confirmed the problem suggesting
that I try the latest version of Chapura Pocket Mirror (v3.1.6). That
SEEMS to have done the trick. Fingers are still crossed.

Since my Zire came with Pocket Mirror, I was able to download the
latest update for free. Chapura has some other products that are not
free. If this does not work, I am willing to pay to get the support.
