HELP WITH VOLUME CONTROL-EVERYTHING I PLAY ON ANY MEDIA PLAYER ECHOS!

I PLAY MUSIC ON ANY OF MY MEDIA PLAYERS AND IT ECHOS-I AM
FEDUP OF MISSING MY MUSIC AND LINES IN SPEECH BECAUSE IT
ECHOS-I DONT WANT MY MUSIC OR VIDEOS OR ANY THING ELSE ON
MY COMPUTER TO ECHO-HOW DO I STOP THE ECHOING?!!!

First, turn off the caps. This is considered as shouting, very rude.

Turn OFF the SRS Wow Effects in Windows Media Player
To adjust the audio effects
1. Click Now Playing.
2. On the View menu, point to Enhancements, and then click SRS Wow Effects.
3. In the Enhancements pane, click the Turn on link, if necessary.
4. Do any of the following:
To enhance the bass, move the TruBass slider to the right.
To enhance the stereo effect, move the WOW Effect slider to the right.
To optimize sound output according to your speaker size, click the Normal
Speakers/Large

Speakers/Headphones link.
Notes
To hide the audio effects, click the Close button in the Enhancements pane.
This feature is not available when you are playing a DVD.
