Help with two MS runtime errors

"MS VBscript runtime error 800a0009 subscript out of range" and "MS VBscript
runtime error Active X component can't create object....."
I have a web master who gets these two messages on different links in his
web sites. I have researched Technet/Knowledge Base and have made sure
"everyone/authenticated users and "Iusr_machinename" have "read" permissions
on all ".DLL" files. But the error messages are still there.
The server uses FP2000 with IE v6.0 SP1.
