Help with start-up please

I used to have my PC set up so that Outlook automatically opened and showed
any reminder's etc straight away when I switched it on.

But I had to change my HD, and I can't remember how I got Outlook to open
automatically.

Can anyone tell me how to put it back??
PS - not too technical please, as I'm a bit of a techno-thicky.

Sorry - should have said - it's Outlook 2002 that I use, and Windows XP
Home.

Put a shortcut to Outlook in the Startup folder of your Start Menu.
