Help with Slide Show

Can anyone guide me on fixing this?
I'm using FP2002-SP2 with Win XP Pro. I "add" a jpg file
and pick slide show layout in new photo gallery insert and
click "OK". Dialog box states that it's processing
thumbnails and then stops responding (hangs) at that
screen. I must terminate with task mgr. Horizontal and
vertical layouts work fine. I tried re-installing
program with no better results. All works well on my
laptop with same FP2002 and WinXP Home. Any ideas from
the experts?

It's possible you may need to update your video driver
Also try
1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
3) Check your IE Security settings to make sure Javascript is enabled
