If you wish to solve your pop-up problems once and for
all, consider purchasing and installing a third-party program
designed to do just that:

Norton Internet Security 2003
http://www.symantec.com/sabu/nis/nis_pe/

-- Includes Norton AntiVirus 2003
-- Includes Norton Personal Firewall
-- Includes prevention of annoying web pop-ups
-- Includes Parental Controls
-- All in one, easy-to-install package

Try PopUp Killer, it is free and you can adjust for popups or add them to a
kill list. I use it at school and at home. It keeps my students from
filling the screen with popups. It really works well ... the program has
been discontinued but it works fine with all window systems. They are still
maintaining the program and are working on it as a group now. The website
is:

Try it, I guarantee you'll like it.
