Help with Picture and Fax viewer

Im having problem with the Picture and Fax viewer when i
click on the picter it says problem with the
Gdiplus.dll and then it says cant open Shimgvw.dll. It
says to reinstall but how do i do that i looked fo a file
i can download but i could find any cause some one help me

Sounds like XP problem.
If so, you may want to post it to more appropriate newsgroup, e.g. microsoft.public.windowsxp.general.
