Help with KB837001

I recently upgraded to XP Pro from XP Home and EVERYTIME
I start/boot my computer, it asks me to install KB837001
update and I don't know the solution to that. If I ignore
it, it keeps flashing in the bottom right corner. I would
appreciate if you could tell me the solution/patch for
this.

This is a critical update which should be installed without fail.
