help! (with incomplete borders)

all of my borders come out with the bottom line missing,
no matter what i change in the borders options. on the
print preview screen the bottom line is missing, and that
is how it prints - only on page borders, not paragraph
borders. changing page setup makes no difference. yes,
the 'box' option is selected, and yes, all of the lines
are clicked on the custom option - though if you
have 'box' selected, the other lines do not have to be
chosen. hey, thanks in advance for the help!
