Help with Gravity

Can anyone give me some pointers how to get files from
alt.binaries.freeware ? I have no idea how this works with Gravity.

Thanks John and Blinky - I think I might have finally clued in. I was
concerned with no apparent activity on my pc when infact it was
downloading. Canadian, eh - you guys can be pretty harsh on folks posting
