I built a amateur website for a scholorship to remember my son who died in a
fire in 2005. I am using FrontPage 2002 and GoDaddy for my host. The site
operated from December 2005 until Jan of this year and it just went away.
GoDaddy says it cannot read the html code on my home page but they can't tell
me what or which part it can't read. I haven't changed anything. Has
FrontPage 02 stopped working? I need this website up but GoDaddy cannot help
me. Any direction would be most appreciated

FrontPage was used to create the web through GoDaddy and has nothing to do
with "FrontPage 02 stopped working". What is the web address?

I tried it but it requires special permission: "Forbidden You don't have
permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error
was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Is this the problem you were refering to?

I get that same message when I try to look at the site. That's the problem.
The site is not published to the Web any longer. GoDaddy has given me
NUMEROUS solutions:
Install FrontPage server extensions.
Then it wasn't reading the html code for my home page.
Today they said it was because I was using capital letters!!! I tried to
rename each file using lower case but Front Page won't let me; I get an error
message saying the file already exits.
The current error message is CAN'T CHANGE DIRECTORY TO _vit_cnf when I try
to publish the site to the web.
I haven't changed anything since I initially published it. Something
occurred around the beginning of this year.
