Help with format amount (dollars)

This is probably simple but I can't find the answer.

I have imported a ASCII file price list.
The amounts are listed like this 17450, which is suppose to be, 174.50.
Last two positions are decimal for cents.

Question: How can I format this in my query to come out like 174.50
