Help with fonts

I need a formula to find out:
If I have a column with number of days and I want to change the font color
for any that are older than 7 how would I do that?

If this is an Excel problem, ask in a forum or newsgroup that deals with
Excel, but look up Conditional Formatting in Help.

If this is a FrontPage (this newsgroup) problem:
What is the source of the table? (Database? Hand constructed?)
What language are you programming with (PHP, "classic" ASP, asp.NET,
JavaScript)?
