Apparently not when using the CSV format. I haven't tried the vCard format.

Yes, same here. Depending on what you want to use that exported file for,
there maybe a workaround.

Sorry, I don't know how to make the missing (secondary) email addresses
to appear in a CSV file. Have you tried printing directly from the Contacts toolbar?

No, there are no options.
