Help with excel date fill to exclude weekends

Hi I am trying to put together a spreadsheet which has dates to exclude weekends eg
20/02/06
21/02/06
22/02/06
23/02/06
24/02/06
27/02/06
28/02/06 etc

I would like to be able to drag them down for the whole year (without the weekends). Is there any formula I can use to do this?
