Help with EFS

How do I enable the EFS for my system. I have windows XP
home. When I right click a file, go to the general tab,
then advanced, the part that allows me to encrypt the
file is no enabled. What do I need to do to make it work?

You don't. EFS is available only on WinXP Pro.
