Help with display settings!

Everthing on my screen is very large, from the menu bar, to the icons, to the arrows and fonts. I don't know how I did it. How do I put everything back to the regular size? Please help soon, this is driving me crazy!

Try Control Panel|DISPLAY|SETTINGS
Set resolution to 1024 X 768 (or perhaps 800 X 600)
 
also, system restore works great for this sort of thing
