log in as a different user and you can destroy the cookie
and temp internet folders for the other account. You
cannot do it from the account in question because those
folders, for some ungodly reason, are part of the
operating system/ (mounted somehow). Completely delete
them from time to time, windows will put them back.
do not believe IE when you "delete cookies" or "delete all
content". A properites on the folders will show you its
not empty. you cant see the files, even with show hidden,
even using dos. You can see them with ls from cygwin (unix
emulation).
