Help with boot question

All of a sudden i am getting a 2 minute boot delay at the welcome
screen. How would I find what is trying to load to cause this delay. I
have booted with bootlog.txt enabled but that shows me nothing. The
event viewer does not indicate what it is either.
Any help

Try running the disk clean up and defrag in the system

tools. Worked for me. I would run chkdisk if those two
didn't work.

I have tried all that to include restoring a TRUE IMAGE back to a date
that I know was a good one. I am at a loss as why on this machine.
 
Do an internet search for BootVis and you will find it on some overseas sites at least. MS doesn't provide it any more. Although God knows why. If you need help using it e:mail me. Good luck.
