Help with Blue Screen

Everytime I startup my computer, just before my desktop shows up, the blue error screen is displayed and the computer restarts. Can someone please help me with this?

sounds like a driver prob....boot in safe mode....check ALL drivers...

Ram can be problem, i read a article about this.
