Help with bad files yiwokk.exe and yuhpnn.exe

I have to files that ad-aware watch is finding and asking me to block. One
is yiwokk.exe and the other is yuhpnn.exe. The yiwokk.exe file is located in
the windows\system 32 folder and the yuhpnn.exe is located in the all users
startup folder. I have tried removing both of the files in sade mode but it
will not allow me to delete them. I have also ran ad-aware pro and spy-bot
to try and locate and remove these too files. They appear to be hogging my
system resources and slowing my system down. Please help me I am at my wits
end.

Yes, I ran a full virus scan with no luck.
