My computer started running slowly and I had to do a hard reboot on Friday. THen when I came in Monday am, had to do a hard re-boot again, even though the computer had been suspended. My Task Manager shows a file called "winupd.exe" running all the time and using TONS of CPU processing while doing so. I keep "ending the task," but it keeps coming back on. I deleted the Windows update program file, but it's still happening. What's the deal? Do I have a virus? I updated Norton Antivirus, it tells me I have all the latest virus definition, and I scanned the whole system and found no virus.

thanks.
