My WinXP box is on a FAT32 file system which I am reluctant to convert
to NTFS due to incompatibility issues with other computers on my
network.
When I try to un-rar DVD uploads, I receive the Winrar Diagnostic
message:
There is not enough space on the disk. Write error: only NTFS file
system supports files larger than 4GB. Any way to get around this?
There is lots of available space on the drive.

Thanks
Arawak

Hi Arawak,

FAT32 supports file size up to 4 GB minus 1 byte.
Please see the following article for more information.

Unfortunately, there is no workarounds other than the
one which is to convert from FAT32 to NTFS, however,
it is not applicable to you. If possible, you may
want to reduce the size of the file.
