Help! Windows Screen got Inverted?

My windows somehow got inverted. Everything appears upside down now! Does
anyone know how to fix this? Is this a hardware or software issue? Thanks

Try holding down the Ctrl and Shift keys and using the arrow keys to rotate
the image.
