Help, windows problem.

Hello,

my computer keeps freezing and on most occaisions it goes
to a blue screen which reads the following:

***STOP OX0000007A
(OXCOOOOOOE, OXFC424ACC, 0X0218B860)

*** atapi.sys - address FC424ACC base at FC415000,
datestamp 3B7D83e5

beginning dump of physical memory.

Any help would be much obliged.
