Help when I start up mulitible XP windows show up

When I start up my PC it brings me to a page that asks me to choose one of three operating systems which happen to all be XP Windows. I would love to know how to gwt rid of these so that I only have one

Go to Start> Run > msconfig
go to the Boot.ini tab and click on
'Check all paths.'
