Help! What do I do now?!

My computer was attacked by viruses, and not most of the files are corrupt or missing. I would love to erase everything and start from scratch. But i have lost the CD-ROM's that came with it. And to tell you the truth, I'm not ever sure I can do this. If someone could help me out, it would really be appreciated
 
you need the CDs to do it! Find them if you can.
