help....weird error message!! (corrected version)

I keep having trouble not only bringing up outlook, but
also hotmail. The error code I get in outlook (in my
original message I accidently wrote "hotmail") is "Code:
800ccc19". Anyone have any clue??

What version of Outlook do you have? What sort of mail account(s)? Can you
post the complete error message?
