HELP- want to switch files from one user account to another

How am I able to get the files from my past user account onto a new one? For instance, my boyfriend and I have set up 2 different accounts now but he has files on my user account that he needs like Outlook Express, some documents, favorites, etc. Is there a way to transfer these over? Any help would be appreciated. thanks
 
Hi,
If this is to a new system see "File and Transfer Wizard"
If its on the same computer why not create a folder on your
main (c) drive called transfer and copy the files to that.
