Help! WAN Miniport Missing

I am having trouble setting up a VPN cleant as it always
tries to bind to dialup. Some time ago I removed the WAN
Miniport devices from my system and that may be the
reason for my troubles. How can I reinstall them?
 
I emailed you, waiting for reply. Mu address is
embedded, without the underscore.
