Help: user accounts

whenever i try to go into user accounts in control panel
i get a blank window titled res://C:\WINDOWS\system32
\nusrmgr.cpl/nusrmgr.hta

what can i download to fix this?

Yeah, just download a hole CD of your OS and reinstall it ;-P
I guess it would be handy if you give us a little more info.
What OS for example ? (W2000/XP/2003server)
Which version ? (Server, Pro, Home)
