Help: Upgrade from Celeron to P4.

Do I need to reinstall the Win2k Server if I upgrade from Celeron 2G to
Northwood or Prescott P4 ?

Not unless you are changing motherboards or something at the same time.
A simple CPU swap should not upset anything. With XP it wouldn't even
cause re-activation.
