Help! Typing certain letters in the To: field make popup boxes appear

Lately I have been receiving spoof emails about "paypal
security" and "ebay security", and when I try to forward
the emails to "(e-mail address removed)" every time I type the
letter "f" in "spoof" a "find files" pop-up blocks me...
and even if I leave Outlook and go to my browser and
attempt to type something into the address bar there,
typing different letters will (basically) hotkey me to
either my desktop, or bring up unwanted Windows popups.
What I've done is delete the email...also Clear Forms in
AutoComplete, Delete Cookies, Delete Files & Clear History
in Internet Properties...I had to "mouse" my way here
(couldn't type)..but once I got here, THEN I was able to
type for some reason.
What is this problem...and what's the solution??? Thanks!

Sounds like your alt key is stuck.
