help to merge labels from Excel

On Jan. 16 15 I received very helpful advise on installing the Mail Merge
Toolbar to do a mail merge. At first it seemed complicated but once I
understood the instruction it was great. Unfortunately I did not save any of
that information because it was so simple and now I'm trying to do another
merge from excel by using the toolbar but I'm getting only one page that is
not even in the alphabetical order of the file. I searched all the posts in
general, basics, and new users around that time and cannot find my entry to
follows the lead to the web-site that had the instructions.
Any help will be much appreciated!

Although you are in the wrong group but here it is the Instructions you are
looking for.
pay attention to the details and the Labels size, always print one page
first on blank page not labels one and see if the Fields are the ones you
intended to use for your mail merge.

Thanks Nass, this was the web page I used before. I guess I was stopping on
the first page only. Now that I saved the merge I have all the labels.
