Help System Restore(Rock)

Rock I did what you said on System Restore but when I put in the Windows
XP CD I typed in what you said and it says it can't find that. Now what do I
do?
 
Why did you not stay on same post?
How dod you expect "Rock" to find this if you don't stay with same post??
they aren't that hard to find.

System Restore INF file (sr.inf) can be found in C:\windows\inf (Inf folder
is a hidden folder). You have to change folder view options to see it.

Or sr.inf is located on CDrom in F:\I386.
"F" drive is my cdrom. change to match yours.

From C:\windows\inf find "sr.inf" and rt. click. then from menu select
"Install"
or from Windows CD
Start>Run>expand F:\I386\sr.in_ C:\windows\inf
there is a space bet. underscore and C
again change drive letter if needed.
