help system needs sorting out, microsoft screwed up

i did a windows update and left my machine to install them. when i came back i saw a blue screen that said

STOP: 0X0000001E (0XC0000005,0XBFE9E000,0X00000000,0X00000034) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLE

*** address BFE9E000 base at BFE9B000, DateStamp 3eaf051d - NDIS.sy

now i dont have a clue wat this means or what i should do about it. i cant get into windows at all and plus i cant load up in safe mode. since i have tried that already so any help would be gratefully appreciated

also how do i ask microsoft themselves since it was there software that screwed my system up.

any ideas?

I'm afraid you need the assistance of a computer expert. Assisting you via a
