Help & Support won't run

All of a sudden when I click on Help & Support under Start, nothing comes up. Also, the same happens when I go into Control Panel - Performance and Maintenance - and click on Administrative Tools ...nothing. I am logged on as administrator too.

First try Doug's link, below. Click on XP-FIXES, then Fix XP Help.
 
Just create a new user account with administrative previlages.I think this is the error with user profile.
