Chris

I need to display on the same A4 page more pages of the same report, and,
after the A4 paper sheet is over to continue on the next A4 paper. Can I
insert it more times as a subreport setting it for every insertion to
display another consecutive page(and not to appear anymore if there are not
more pages of the subreport)?
HOW???

Chris,

You have posted the same question several times now and apparently haven't found
the help you are looking for. If you would like my help to find a solution,
contact me at my email address below.

PC Datasheet,
Business must really by off. You have solicited work in at least three
threads that I am aware of. I thought you were aware that this type of
behavior wasn't acceptable in News Groups.

Sorry, my count might have been off since this message was cross-posted to
so many groups.

Sorry I wrote wrong. What I was really wanting to say:
"I need to display on the same A4 PAPER SHEET more pages of the same report,
and,
after the A4 paper sheet is over to continue on the next A4 paper. Can I
insert it more times as a subreport setting it for every insertion to
display another consecutive page(and not to appear anymore if there are

If you will answer what constitutes a "page" of the report/subreport of
which you want to print multiple "pages" per A4 sheet, perhaps someone will
understand what you are trying to accomplish and be able to assist. In my
normal view, the A4 paper sheet would determine what is a page, but
apparently that isn't what you mean.

I think the problem here is that we are having a difficult time
understanding what you want to do.

Hi Larry!
Am having a similar problem with sub reports can you help me?

I have a main report and in it two sub reports

It LOOKS like this

Main report
Sub report1 sub report 2
value1 of sub report1 Value1 of sub report2
value2 of sub report1 Value2 of sub reportt2

so in a nutshell i want the sub report 1 and sub report 2 values side
by side

All's well until the sub report 2 value falls for more than one page.
If it falls beyond a page i want sub report 2 values to be repeated in
the second page.Is this possible?

Warm Regards and thanks in advance,
Archana

Hi Larry!
Sorry a correction in what i posted earlier...
All's well until the sub report 2 value falls for more than one page.
If it falls beyond a page i want sub report 2 values to be repeated in
the second page.Is this possible?

I meant that i want in the second page sub report 1 to repeat with sub
reports extended values if sub report 2 falls for more than a page.
Other details i want to add are
sub report 1 data will not fall for more than a page(at the maximum it
will retreive only 6 rows which i can fit in one page)
Sub report 2 may fall more than one page in which case i want the
remaining sub report 2 values to be shown and the sub report 1 data to
be repeated on that page...
Can you tell me if this is possible Larry?
Hope i am clear...please let me know if i need to explain more
clearly.
Thanks a million!
Archana
