HELP! RUNDLL??

I keep getting this message popping up on my computer and
I don't know what the heck it is and it keeps freezing my
computer, anyone out there able to help me pleeease!?
This is the message:

RUNDLL
Error loading c:\PROGRA~\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\cnbabe.dll
The specified module could not be found

You have spyware in your system.

Download and Run Spybot

http://www.safer-networking.org/

A-aware:

http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/

Update the definition files for these applications, and run them after
disabling your internet connection.
Remove everything that these software detect.

This should resolve the problem

You need to uninstall the CommonName application from Add\Remove Programs.
