Help Restore Permissions

While trying to safequard a folder from others on my network I seem to have
removed all permissions to the folder and could not access the folder at
all. Now, after hours of screwing around with the properties/securities tab
on the folder I can see the files but I can't execute any of them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How about copying the files to another location or drive
and see if you can access them from there.
 
Right Click on folder
Select Properties->Security
Select your account on upper pane and select Full Acess in lower pane
(this should put tick mark on every thing)
Apply
