I have to do a report which works out percentages and would like it to
automatically change the colour of the text depending on the figure. For
90% and above I would like it in green, between 75% and 89.99% amber and
everything else red, is this possible and how can it be done?

Additionally these are then displayed on a line chart, is there a way of
colouring the lines in the same format as above, ie if the previous score is
76% and goes to 91% as it goes through the 90% it turns from amber to green,
or put coloured bands in the plot area. Any ideas??

thanks

For this you can use conditional formating (goto 'Format - conditional
format') Though you can only choose 3 conditions (or counting the
default format 4 conditions).
